FH-149B Automatic rotary welding machine is specially designed for welding one end (bottom of single hair heat pipe. The machine adds an electromagnetic vibration disk device to the capacitor energy storage spot welding machine, and a manipulator composed of a swing cylinder and a cylinder is used to attach the welding strip to the welding station by vacuum, and conduct spot welding in alignment with the positioning groove. The machine welding is accurate and fast, and the workpiece loading and unloading are manually operated.
The capacity of the machine is 5KVA, the operating voltage is 380V, and the gas source is 0.6MPa.
